Rejestracja,logowanie i wyglad strony Opcje

Witam jestem nowy.
1)Kolega zrobil mi wyglad strony lecz gdy wrzucam na host nie ma wygladu jaki mial byc czemu
Strona miala wygladac TAK Jak Tutaj

2) Chce zrobic na stronie opcje logowania i rejestracji :/
Lecz wyskakuja mi błędy :/
