Problem z plikiem .htaccess Opcje

Witam....
mam zainstalowane Apache 2.5.9 i zrobiłem kiedyś stronke w której miałem plik .htaccess

miałem stronke na serwerze u kumpla i działała a gdy chcę odpalić ją na mojim to mi wyświetla:

A jak wyciągne ten plik to sie ładuje stronka ale bez tego pliku to nie mam treści... co zrobić aby serwer otwórzył mi stronke z tym plikiem....
