Przy logowaniu wystepuje mi takie ostrzerzenie Opcje

Podczas pierwszego logowania , po juz zalogowaniu pojawia mi sie taki komunikat :

Pracuje na Xammp i na postgresie . Jezeli jednak juz loguje sie ponownie po cofnięciu to wszystko jest dobrze.

Nie wiem co sie dzieje.
