Oczywiście - musisz stworzyć obrazki, które są obramowaniem, ale które układasz np. jak tło do DIV'a - potem tak kombinujesz z układem DIV'ów, aby dało to złudzenie obramowania. Lepiej podpatrz na jakiejśc stronie jak to jest zrobione ;]
