Skrypt JS, którego 40%powierzchni to notatka autora..., Cyz można ją dac do osobnego pliku, zeby sie nie ładowala...? Opcje

Witam.
Mam taką sprawe.
Ostatnio zajełem sie odchudzaniem mojej stronki... i mam taką stpraewe...

Mam mały skrypt darmowo udostepniony przez autora, który wyświetla zakładki (takie jak w windows xp)... skrypt w sumie zajmuje 15KB... z czego około 7KB to instrukcje autora jak go stosować, informacja o tym, że autor nie daj na niego gwarancji...

Jest mozliwość skrócenia tej notatki? Ewentualnie wrzucenie do osobnego pliku?
Gdzieś na jakimś darmowym cms'ie widzialem, że skrypty (*.js )są powrzucane do osobnych katalogów i w każdym jest dodatkowy plik "LICENSE.txt" w którym są te wszystkie informacje autora...

Mozna coś takiego zrobic, czy jest to niezgodne z prawem? Prosze o jakąś informacje...
