Problem z ladowaniem sie stron, child process xxx still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM Opcje

Witam serdecznie,

mam pewien problem z serwerem apache, otoz zdarza sie czesto ze strony nie chca sie ladowac, proces apacha w czasie ladowania niektorych stron zjada niemal caly procesor, oraz w logach pojawia sie nastepujaca informacja:
