mod_rewrite - nazwa.pl Opcje

Podana niżej regułka nie działa mi na serwerze nazwa.pl, na localhoscie i innym działa
chcąc korzystać z $_SERVER['PATH_INFO'] chcę usunąc fragment index.php z urla
(somehost.pl/index.php/controller/action/params > na > somehost.pl/controller/action/params)

miał już ktoś taki problem z nazwa.pl?
