[php] Błąd z file_get_contents Opcje

Mam problem z funkcją file_get_contents().

Pojawia mi się następujący komunikat:
file_get_contents(): Unable to find the wrapper "https" - did you forget to enable it when you configured php? in d:\new_php\gmail.php on line 21

To dziwne, ponieważ mam uruchomiony moduł php_openssl.dll i teoretycznie powinno wszystko działać. Mam allow_url_fopen na On w pliku php.ini. Nie wiem co jest nie tak, bo wcześniej działało :/
