Problem z dodaniem domeny Opcje

Witam. Mam problem z dodaniem domeny i myślę że ten dział jest naodpowiedniejszy do tego tematu.
Oczywiście starałem i dalej sie staram otrzymać pomoc od administracji serwera ale nie ma odpowiedzi już od kilku dni a strona leży więc postanowiłem tutaj napisać :/

Więc jak dodaję domenę, wskazuje dla niej katalog i wyskakuje taki komunikat

domena.pl could not be setup. The subdomain domena.user.i365.pl was not setup either.
