Błąd php czy SQL, gotowy modół Opcje

Witam,mam problem-po kliknięciu na link pokazujący mapę strony wyskakuje mi:

te kolumny znajdują się w bazie danych,to jest na serwerze ale na localchoście działa mi wszystko ok.
