Must have:
- mastery of infrastructure as a code
- python lover
- minimum basic Java
- mastery of container orchestration and experience with Kubernetes
- knowledge of distributed frameworks, e.g. Spark, Flink
- security

Nice to have:
- Hadoop,
- distributed object storage, e.g. Ceph,
- experience with batch and stream pipelines,
- CI/CD and microservices,
- opensource, guru of innovation,

Other requirements:
- IT university graduate, good English, teamwork, accountability, efficiency
