The Live Streaming Application Project Manager is specifically responsible for the company’s new mobile streaming application – Streamago - development, re-design, re-launch and global market penetration via passionate innovation, technical expertise, and exceptional sense of the market environment.



What you will really be doing

Effectively oversees project staff (direct reports, matrixed reports, contractors), delegating work to appropriate leads.
Outlines project responsibilities and task interfaces, directs, motivates and manages the project work and resources involved within the project.
Questions ambiguous responsibilities and manages conflicts to an early resolution and escalation of any unresolved issues
Efficiently and regularly communicates to CEO to manage expectations and project progress
Ensures that necessary risk assessments are continually reviewed and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion
Works closely with CEO to develop the business case, and provide input on tactical direction
Defining the feasible milestones for the global market penetration, and defining/monitoring/controlling/reporting the related tasks, while giving budget estimation
Evaluates and selects different products, tools, services and technical components that are in line with the project’s business needs and architectural principles
Leads the marketing and PR activities, participates actively in designing the related campaigns and creative material, controls MediaBuy activities
Analyses and identifies any trends and provides recommendations to improve user experience


Requirements
Expectations

Bachelor or Master degree in one or more of the followings: computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, engineering management, MIS
5+ years solid experience on mobile and app development, streaming technology
3+ years of technology based project management/lead experience for major Software Streaming Application/Mobile development Projects
Extensive development and management experience with both native (iOS&Android) and Hybrid Mobile applications
Proven experience in leading or managing a team of both in-house and offshore Application developers
Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
Effective influencing skills to impact decisions
Can work under pressure, and is flexible in a changing environment
