ucreate is a unique technology company on a mission to build great startups. Over the previous 18 months we have built 15 startups within a variety of business domains. We have 85 people in our team and are growing everyday...

Two of our startups have raised VC money with a combined value over $100 million. ucreate is at the forefront of the London startup scene.

We currently base our operations out of London and Chandigarh, India. We are now looking to open up a development office in Poland and need someone fantastic to run it with us.

Are you that person?

You will...

have held a CTO or lead developer role in the past for teams bigger than 10-15 people
be a polyglot software developer ( PHP, ruby, Python, Javascript)
be very interested in latest trends in web & software development
have experience in multiple frameworks on backend and frontend (laravel, rails, angular 2, react)
enjoy working on postgresql but you also understand the reasons to use MongoDB or Redis
have deployed code to heroku, aws and multiple hosting providers
be aware of modern management methods of delivering software
fancy a challenge and constant change in technology
enjoy improving other people in tech teams, doing code review and mentoring others
speak fluent english and have a great understanding of user requirements
as our first employee have a natural, entrepreneurial spirit

Salary and benefits negotiable depending on experience. We will open our new office in either Warszawa, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk or Krakow. You will help us choose the location.
