[inne].htaccess usunięcie znaku ? z adresu WWW Opcje

Robię przekierowanie jednak za nic nie mogę usunąć z adresu ?
Chce uzyskać taki efekt /archive/index.php?thread-304.html => innastronawww.pl/-f304/

Index.php usuwam w ten sposób: RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /index.php?/$1 [L]
thread- chcę filtrować w ten sposób: RewriteRule ^thread-([0-9]+)\.html http://www.nowawww.pl/-f$1/ [NC,L]
Jednak znak zapytania wciąż pozostaje przez co druga reguła nie działa..
