Czy da sie pobrac obecny rozmiar ramki?, iframe Opcje

Mam ramke iframe ,ogolnie to taki kod mam:

i teraz chcialbym pobierac rozmiar ramki. Wtedy nie pojawialby sie pasek przewijania bo moglbym ustawic tyle ile trzeba

Ewentualnie moze ktos ma lepszy pomysl
