[PHP]Include nie działa Opcje

[Kloc]

Mam taki problem, gdy podam taką ścieżkę:

include('plik.php');

to działa, a gdy taką:

include('http://localhost/strona/plik.php');

to nie trybi. Wie ktoś dlaczego?
Na dodatek sypie mi takie błędy:
