[CSS]Nieaktywne formularze na stronie Opcje

[NickOver]

Witam. Mam problem z formularzami, mianowicie na stronie są , lecz są "nieklikalne" Na początku pomyślałem że to wina z-index'a lecz po nadaniu tego atrybutu dla diva w którym formularz jest nic się nie zmienia, tj. nadal są nieaktywne. Oto kod css i html (chodzi dokładniej o ten w divie body-register-left)
