jGrid Opcje

Mam problem podczas edytowania, dodawania i usuwania rekordu i nie moge za cholere dojsc dlaczego:

Problem jest taki ze np kiedy chce zedytowac rekord , skrypt gubi po drodze ponizsze zmienne:
