[PHP] Problem z kompresją strony, .htaccess Opcje

Witam,

W pliku .htaccess mam następujący kod:

Niestety po wykonaniu testu PageSpeed Insights dalej mam komunikat, aby włączyć kompresję. Czy to błąd w skrypcie, czy coś należy jeszcze dodać/poprawić?
