[inne][HTML]Mam kod, nie wiem jak go zaaplikowac Opcje

Biorąc pod uwagę że zgodnie z tytułem działu jestem początkującym, mam taki problem.
Ściągnąłem sobie program do generowania menu. Zrobiłem jakis tam surowy projekt i pobrałem go. Teraz mam kod i wgl nie wiem jak i gdzie go zaaplikować. Czy dać coś w z tego w head, czy w body, czy może jakoś inaczej to podać?

I na stronie tego programu nic nie napisali? Żadnej dokumentacji/pomocy/faq?
