Job description :

Attached to the support and R&D entities in France, you will have to support customers, read and understand the functional specifications develop the customer’s request, build test report and write necessary documentations.
You will be in charge of :
 Testing customer applications
 Answer to support request and reproduce identified bug (correct bugs when possible or send feedback to R&D team in France)
 Develop customer’s request using b-¬pack Framework
You will have to travel to visit some customers in Eastern/Northern Europe for support and projects activities.
Some training in Southern France will be necessary (at least 2 weeks).

Requirements:

 Engineer degree or technician with 1 year experience in PHP development. Experience with support activity is an asset
 Good English skills (mandatory in writing and speaking), French /Russian skills will be an asset
 Good knowledge of PHP5 and basic of JavaScript
 Good knowledge of MySQL; SQL server and Oracle
 Familiarity with Windows and Linux
 Knowledge of version control systems – SVN.
