Apache nie chce się włączyć Opcje

Witam, postanowiłem zrobić format na komputerze. Wcześniej już miałem zainstalowany server HTTP i wszystko było ok, a teraz mam taki problem gdy próbuje włączyć Apache wyskakuje mi komunikat "The requested operation has failed!".

Info:
- Windows 7 x64
- Apache HTTP Server 2.2.25 - Win32 Binary without crypto (no mod_ssl) (MSI Installer)
- PHP 5.5.3 - VC11 x64 Thread Safe (2013-Aug-21 17:43:37)

Dodałem do zmiennej środowiskowej:
C:\SERVER\PHP;

Edit: Prosiłbym moderatora o przeniesienie tematu do "Serwery WWW > Apache". Przepraszam za utrudnienia - nie zauważyłem tego poddziału.
