Internal Server Error, pomysły sie skonczyły Opcje

Witam zainstalowałem pewnien skrypt na serwerze no i zaczęły się schody gdy dodaje plik .htaccess wyskakuje mi bład

1. mod rewrite włączony w apache ?
2. error.log

Nie mma pliku error.log logi mam tylko z serwera:

masz jasno napisany błąd ,więc o co chodzi ? Pomoc
