Masz kompilowane ffmpeg czy repo? Gdzie instalowane? Wygląda na to, że ten skrypt podaje złą ścieżkę.

Na ekranie konwersji, tu gdzie masz błąd, masz pod spodem logi (http://zapodaj.net/images/d4bd36f6e563.png).

Kliknij expand, skopiuj wszystko i wrzuć do posta, ale jako tekst, nie screen. Tam będzie informacja dlaczego proces się nie powiódł.

Dla pewności też sprawdź czy masz prawa zapisu do katalogu /var/www/html/files/videos

Dodałem uprawnienia 777 do całego folderu html i wszystkich podfolderów.
Wgrałem plik poniżej 2 mb i wyskoczyło failed.

dopiero teraz załapałem o co chodzi, konwertowanie działa a nie do końca "pisze Successfull" bo jak chce obejrzeć film to dźwięk leci a obraz jest zielony.

A co do zielonego obrazu włączyłem inną przeglądarkę i wszystko działa.

Dodam że jest bardzo długi czas konwertowania film który trwa 30 min konwertuje mi juz 50 min.
Serwer ma procesor 2 rdzeniowy 3,2GHz i 2gb ramu
Da się to jakoś przyspieszyć?

Dedyk czy VPS? Jeśli VPS, jaka wirtualizacja? Jaki load? Użycie RAMu?

Wirtualizacja: VM
Zużycie ramu po starcie systemu to 120mb potem zwiększa się to do 200mb

A ile masz RAMu dostępnego? Czy tak długo trwająca konwersja jest robiona z poziomu terminala czy Clip Bucket?
