[inne]htaccess Opcje

Witam
Dostałem ostatnio plik .htaccess, którym polecono mi zabezpieczyć stronę przed spamerami ale nie rozumiem wszystkiego w tym pliku i przed wgraniem chciałbym go przeanalizować.
Prosze was zatem o pomoc w przeanalizowaniu i wytłumaczeniu kodu pliku htaccess.
