Internal server error, dziwny problem :/ Opcje

Witam. otóż zrobiłem stronę już nie pierwszą, żeby nie było i nie jest to moje pierwsze podejście do php, ale błąd widzę po raz pierwszy i nie potrafię sobie poradzić. Mianowicie mam na swoim serwerze 5 domen podłączonych, na 4ech działa php, wszystko się wykonuje odpowiednio i nie mam zarzutów co do działania. zrobiłem na piątej domenie stronę opartą na html+css i chciałem dodać skrypt formularza. i problem w tym, że nie ważne co wykonam za kod w php, może być echo "dupa"; a i tak dostaje error:
