Znalazłem coś takiego php news http://newsphp.sourceforge.net/downloads.php
najprostsza i dzialajaca instalka jaka dostalem. Wszystko przeszlo bez problemu jednak pojawil sie wtedy gdy news nie wyswietlaly sie w ogole na stronie.
W poradniku pisalo ze wystarczy wkleic wiersz

Tak zrobiłem do index.php (przerobiony z html - na zasadzie otworz zapisz jako php w adobe dreamweaver cs5)
dodalem ten wiersz, na stronce wpisalem newsa i wyskoczył nastepujacy błąd
