htaccess oraz błędna konfiguracja apacha Opcje

witam,

mam taki problem: piszę aplikację w zend framework. Utworzyłem katalog /inz w katalogu /var/www. Stworzyłem tam plik .htaccess o treści

Zacząłem pisać aplikację, ale skrypt nie odnajdował mi żadnego widoku. Pokazywał się komunikat, że stronie nie jest znaleziona. To zaglądnąłem do pliku sites-avaibles w konfingu apacha, który teraz wygląda tak:

problem polega na tym, że teraz nie mam już żadnych uprawnień do przeglądania tego co mam na localhost. Gdy wejdę na http://localhost to pokazuje mi pustą listę katalogów, natomiast gdy wejdę do katalogu http://localhost/inz/ to pokazuje się błąd:

Internal Server Error

czyli ja coś popsułem... Proszę o szybką odpowiedź
