XHTMLized and X-Team are collaborative branches of an Australian company with offices in Asia, Australia and the United States. X-Team is currently expanding our operations into Europe via our newest location in Kraków, Poland. We need local programmers and developers to fill all the open positions in our new office, so if you're from the Kraków area we want to hear from you!

X-Team needs programming rock stars to work on our most elite projects, like for FOX Broadcasting and Rogers Digital Media. We'll give you the chance to work your magic every day with some of the best-known brand names on the planet, and we expect you to give it all you've got. You'll be fully supported by a team of experts like yourself and you will all be managed by two of the biggest brains in the business.

We're looking for people who want the coolest job in Kraków:

You should have:

• Advanced experience writing PHP and working with MySQL
  
• Advanced experience writing JavaScript (and Ajax) and leveraging jQuery
  
• Passion for clean, well-documented, maintainable code
  
• Fan of REST architecture and full HTTP vocabulary, using and implementing web services
  
• Knowledge of tuning Apache server configuration settings and experience with best practices for high-performance websites
  
• Command line and shell scripting
  
• Advanced knowledge of Subversion
  
• Understanding of MVC architecture
  
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
  
• The ability to self-motivate and self-manage

Bonus points for experience in:

• Linux system administration
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of HTML5, including browser support
  
• Git and GitHub
  
• Drupal and/or ExpressionEngine development
  
• Server-side caching techniques
  
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Django
  
• Experience with CSS techniques for layout and implementing design effects
