[ZendFramework]Uncaught Exception w zend framework Opcje

Witam od niedawna rozpoczełem nauke Zend Framework.otóż po przeczytaniu kursu na stronie :

skopiowałem kod jak tam pisze i wrzuciłem do index.php
i pokazuje mi się komunikat?
Serwer mam dobrze skonfigurowany
