Problem z MemHT Opcje

Witam!
Mam problem z MemHT, przy dodawaniu newsa gdy już kliknę dodaj to wywala mi:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at www.moszczenica.info Port 80


Co mam robić? Jak to naprawić. Jeszcze wczoraj było wszystko oki, dziś dodaje to już jest źle:/
