Witam tak jak pisałem wcześniej pracuje nad aplikacją która będzie określała poziom ruchu samochodowego na drogach

do testow korzystam z serwera 000webhost.com niewiem dlaczego nie dziala na nim cron (a powinien bo jest) dlatego znalazlem na necie alternatywe w postaci mywebcron.com

Nie rozumiem tylko jednej rzeczy dlaczego raz dany plik uruchamia sie z powodzeniem a innym razem nie ? spotkal się ktoś z czymś takim ? zamieszczam monit z cron jobsa
