Our client is a portal for online games that is positioned to become the worldwide leader in one of the fastest
growing segments in the gaming market. For the German headquarter in Berlin we are seeking for the
following person:

Web Developer (f/m)
In Berlin

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain internet and web applications for the online gaming community with
innovative Web 2.0 features
- Design, develop, and maintain critical analytics applications to support the online game operations
- Interact directly with graphic designers to develop attractive user interfaces
- Participate in entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering through
documentation and support
- Deploy code updates to a publicly operational product

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience programming web applications in PHP and MySQL (or equivalent
database)
- Fluency in web technologies and UI scripting (HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML)
- Competency in web-based applications & networking in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience working in a team and using source control systems such as SVN or CVS
- Fluency in English and able to write technical specifications in English
- Basic knowledge in German is a plus
- University degree (B.S., or M.S.) in Computer Science or equivalent education
- Experience developing in ActionScript, Python, or Java is a plus
