[PHP][MYSQL]Mały błąd Opcje

Witam,
Napisałem sobie skrypt edytujący rekordy w bazie danych. Lecz gdy zapisuje, zapisują sie poprawnie lecz wywala błąd:

Myśle że pokazywanie skryptu nie jest tutaj konieczne,
Prosze o pomoc
