Problem z phpBB na lycosie Opcje

Mam problem ktorego sam nie moge rozwiazac nie wiem co jest spowodowane tym ze wyskakuje mi taki oto komunikat:

Ten komunikat jest bardzo denerwujacy wyskakuje jak chce sie napisac wiadomosc na pw i jak nowy user sie zarejestruje (i to najwazniejsze) bo wiekszosc z nich tzn userow nowo zarejestrowanych widzac ten komunikat mysla ze sie nie zarejestrowali (a jednak to zrobili) i wychodza nawet nie probuja temu zaradzic. Wiec moze ktos wie jak sie pozbyc tego komunikatu. A forum znajduje sie na serwerze lycos, zreszta w temacie to napisalem.

Ps. Mam nadzieje ze mi ktos pomoze w rozwiazaniu tego problemu.
