[PHP]modRule - nie działa Opcje

naczytałem się o mod rwerite, w pliku .htaccess w katalogu umiescilem

serwer głupieje ... dostaje:

niestety to samo. [L] nie pomogło,, usunięcie . czy ./ tez nie
