[HTML] Menu problem Opcje

Witam

Robię stronkę www która oczywiście zawiera menu i mam pewien problem zrobiłem takie niby guziki tylko jak robię link to jest do samego tekstu a nie do całego guzika i nie mam pojęcia jak to zmienić ;/
