[PHP][MYSQL] phpmyadmin w xampp, problem Opcje

Zainstalowałem XAMPP pod Windows XP. Uruchamiam Xampp Control Panel Application. Wybieram Start przy Apache, uruchamia mi go dobrze i jest cały czas Running. Uruchamiam też MySql i przez chwilkę jest Running, a potem go nie ma - za to w informacjach na dole widzę "MySql starter (port 3306)" i tyle, czyli powinno być ok, a nie jest. Włączam w przeglądarce http://127.0.0.1/xampp/ i wybieram z lewej Stan. Widzę Baza danych MySQL - niekatywny, PHP - aktywny, HTTPS (SSL) - aktywny, Common Gateway Interface (CGI) - aktywny, Server Side Includes (SSI) - aktywny, usługa SMTP - nieaktywny, usługa FTP - nieaktywny. Wchodzę w phpMyAdmin i widzę http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/ ("Witamy w phpMyAdmin 2.11.9.2 Błąd MySQL zwrócił komunikat: Dokumentacja. #2003 - Serwer nie odpowiada "). W folderze D:\Program Files\XAMPP uruchamiam mysql_start.bat, ale niestety "Can't start server: Bing on TCP/IP port: Invalid argument", "Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?", "Aborting", "Starting shutdown", "Shutdown completed; log sequence number 0 43655", "mysql\bin\mysqld: Shutdown complete", "MySQL could not be started", "press any key". No i tyle - jak w takim razie mogę poprawnie uruchomić phpMyAdmin? Pozdrawiam!
