Problem z CMSem Opcje

Dlaczego zaden CMS nie chce mi chodzic??
ani PHPNUKe MAMBA i TYPo3??
Niby wszystko jest ok,ale nie dziala!!

sam sobei przeczysz jak jest ok to musi chodzic,pozatym jak to tutaj na forum znalazłem kilka takch cytatów:
kupiłem auto i nie działa pomóżcie :]

Opisz dokładniej, o co chodzi... Próbujesz zainstalować CMS'a na np. Apache'u itp.

instaluje php NUKe na apachu stworzylem nowa baze, wszystko ustawilem i jak odpalam admin.php to niby cos sie laduje,ale w efekcie stoi!!
tak samo jak probowalem odpalic typo3 (jakies bledy wyskakuja)

Podaj infromacje na temat serwera oraz php - wersje, na jakim systemie itp.

Mniej wiecej cos takiego:

This happens if the last 6 characters of this path, c:/php/, ($temp_path) is NOT 'typo3/' for some reason.
Or did you set constant TYPO3_MOD_PATH in your module?

... tak mi się wydaje, ale głowy nie dam sobie urwać.

no chodzi o to ze jest ok - chyba!!
nie wiem co moze byc powodem
chyba chodzi o jakis katalog tymczasowy
