Menu stopki w poziomie Opcje

Mam problem z menu w stopce. Otóż wyświetla się ono w pionie a chciałbym żeby wyświetlało się w poziomie, temat obok tematu. Co i gdzie muszę wstawić żeby tak się wyświetlało? W kodzie php czy w pliku css ?
