Checks if all of the characters in the provided string, text , are alphanumeric. In the standard C locale letters are just [A-Za-z].

Co to jest "standard C locale" i czy na serwerze w w Rosji będą to już inne znaki?
Czy na komputerze użytkownika z Rosji ale mojego serwera ze skryptem w Polsce bądą to ciągle znaki [A-Za-z] ?
