Chce odpalić skrypt Cgi z poziomu przegladarki i wyskakuje 403 -dostep zabroniony, w configu wpisalem:

Oto co pisze error.log:
Options FollowSymLinks or SymLinksIfOwnerMatch is off which implies that RewriteRule directive is forbidden: c:/usr/apache/httpd/html/cgi-bin/awstats.pl
