phpTest - problem, chyba błąd w skrypcie Opcje

Witam.
Mam problem z skryptem phpTest. Jest dostepny w:

Postepuje zgodnie z instrukcja instalacji, ale skrypt nie pozwala
sie zalogowac.
Jakis blad z mojej strony czy w skrypcie?
