problem z serverem apache Opcje

Zainstalowalem sobie server apache 2.2.3 i php 5.1.4 dla windowsa. Dodalem do pliku httpd.conf brakujace linijki:
ScriptAlias /php/ "E:/KGB/SHITS/serwer/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"

na poczatku stronki z serwera otwieraly mi sie w przegladarce np.
http://localhost/phpinfo.php
tylko ze widac bylo sam kod a nie strone testową

Po restarcie komputera teraz kiedy chce otwozyc te sama stronke pojawia mi sie informacja:

You don't have permission to access /php/php.exe/phpinfo.php on this server.

I to jest mój problem. Help
