zabezpieczenie przed wlamaniem Opcje

Nie bardzo wiem, gdzie umiescic ten temat, ale mam nastepujacy problem:
co jakis czas ktos mi sie wlamuje i nie wiem jak sie przed tym zabezpieczyc, czy to w kodzie php, czy to serwer? Po wlamaniu wyskakuje mi cos takiego (prawdopodobnie zmienia mi prawa do ogladania strony):
