apache1.3.x nie interpretuje php4 Opcje

Witam!
problem nietypowy, stoje na debianie, mam apache1.3.33-3 z php4, mysql itd...
wsyzstko wyglada na dobrze skonfigurowane, ale...

przesylam httpd.conf
