Xampp - problem z portem 80, Jak sprawdzić co blokuje port? Opcje

Witam,
zainstalowałem kilka dni xamppa 1.8.3 Miałem komunikat:

ale pomogło zrestartowanie komputera. Później konfigurowałem php, restartowałem xamppa i wszystko było ok. Dziś jednak znowu mam ten komunikat. Coś mi blokuje port. Mam skype, ale nie jest on włączony. Jak mogę sprawdzić co mi blokuje ten port? Co może go blokować jeszcze? Nic nie doinstalowywałem, a xampp uruchamiam zaraz po starcie systemu - gdy jest uruchomiony teamviewer i grindsdtone(program do zarządzania zadaniami). W komunikacie xamppa jest info żeby zaglądnąć do logów, ale tam nic nie ma ;/ I nie mogę programować, a zależy mi na php 5.5.x. Proszę o pomoc.
