[PHP]Funkcja mail() nie działa Opcje

wiem ze jest w internecie sporo takich tematow ale nie pomogły mi. wczesniej uzywałem funkcji mail i nie było rpoblemu. dzis robiłem format dysku, wiec wszystko od nowa poszło. no i nie moge uzywac mail ().

zamiast mail jest:

uzywam win 7 jak cos.

co moze byc problemem? konfiguracja ini chyba okej może te porty nieszczesne?

EDIT: wlasnie czytalem ze mozliwe ze trzeb zaintstalowac ten serwer smtp np. postcast, ale to dziwne ze wczesniej chodziło bez niego. powininem go instalowac? nie znam sie na tym a w ciemno wole nie instalowac nic jak nie potrzebne
