Instalacja skryptu MeTube, gdzie tkwi błąd Opcje

Chciałbym zainstalować na próbę skrypt MeTube
Po wgraniu plików php do katalogu public_html pojawia mi się komunikat:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/accounts_f/filmiksy/public_html/index.php on line 1

Nie rozumiem dokłądnie opisu instalacji poniżej:

MeTube Installation:

* Download the zip file from this page. There may be updated files.
* Extract the file,
* Upload the metube folder into wp-content/themes directory,
* Upload the wp-postviews(in plugins folder) folder into wp-content/plugins directory,
* Activate the theme and the wp-postviews plugin.

Czy jest jakaś osoba, która instalowała kiedyś ten skrypt lub pomogłaby mi w jego instalacji?
