[MySQL][PHP]Pomoc w systemie newsów... Opcje

Witam,
chciałbym założyć na stronie system newsów mNews... ściągnąłem więc paczkę: http://rapidshare.com/*****
Robiłem tak jak w instrukcji... lecz jednak po zaincludowaniu newsów do pliku index.php wyświetla mi błąd:

Wydaje mi się że ten plik z bazą danych do importowałem jest niekompletny... lub gdzieś jest błąd... Mógłby ktoś pomóc bo ja za bystry w tych sprawach nie jestem?
